Frequently Asked Questions

  • A 35% deposit is required to complete the booking. Every package comes with a custom payment plan to fit your financial needs. Weddings are already stressful, no need to add more stress when it comes to paying for your photographer!

  • You are guaranteed your final photo gallery/video(s) no later than 2 weeks after your engagement session and 2 months after your wedding day.

  • All packages are subject to a 7% sale tax. Travel over 50 miles outside of Pittsburgh are subject to additional travel fees.

  • Yes! Add-ons include a second photographer/videographer, highlight video, USB drive, and more.

  • The majority of people think they can’t pose or don’t like how they look in photos. That’s why you’re hiring a professional! My main goal is to make you as comfortable as possible during your session to help bring out your true self in front of the lens!

  • Let’s be honest, wedding planning can be extremely overwhelming and I want to help you in any way possible. I have tons of recommendations such as engagement session locations, what to wear to your engagement, vendor recommendations, and what to include in your wedding day emergency kit bag. In addition, I send all couples a questionnaire a month before the wedding which I use to help create your wedding day of timeline. My goal is to minimize the amount of stress that comes with planning a wedding! I’m here as a resource and am honored to help plan your special day!

  • I upload all photos to Pic-Time. You will receive an email notification once your gallery is complete and ready to view. I also provide a discount to Pic-Time’s professional print store, ensuring that everyone can afford to purchase professional keepsakes.

  • The number of photos you receive is based on the package you choose and the number of events occurring your wedding day. The average number of photos delivered is ~125 per hour. There is no cap to the number of photos you will receive!

  • Yes, and no. The main goal is to make the photos look as true to you as possible! Of course things like unexpected acne, poison ivy, fly-aways, and unwanted things/people in the background will be taken care of. Any specific editing requests may require an additional fee.
